Under the influence of the house-explosion twenty years ago, lots of english bands started to experiment with samples, dance rhythms and party-drugs. No one did this better than indie-rockband Primal Scream. Their album “Screamadelica” from 1991, contained eight tracks produced by Andy Weatherall. Both the album (with the hits Loaded, Come together and Movin’ on up) and the artwork are now classics. Primal Scream in currently on a screamadelica-tour, playing the entire album for the fisrt time. (And guess who’s going to see that tommorow night in Paradiso Amsterdam)
